Scope
Every project starts with a written scope, price and delivery date sent with the invoice. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only starts once you approve it.
Payment
Invoices are issued in USD, AED or GBP. Payment terms are stated on each invoice.
Refund on first concepts
If you don't like the first concepts, you get a full refund. No forms, no argument. The refund applies to the first round of concepts for a package and must be requested before a direction is approved.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the final deliverables and their source files. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Confidentiality
We keep your materials confidential and will sign an NDA before kickoff on request.
