Who we are
Theepa Studio ("we") is a brand identity and design studio based in Dubai, UAE. You can reach us at info@theepa.studio.
What we collect
- Details you send us through the contact form, email, WhatsApp or a booked call: your name, email, company, budget range and project notes.
- Booking details collected by Calendly when you schedule a call.
- Basic, cookie-free statistics about how pages are used (pages viewed, referrer, country, device type), collected by Vercel Web Analytics for every visitor.
- Only if you accept the cookie banner: Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure visits and actions such as booking a call or using a free tool, and Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymous heatmaps and session replays of how the page is used. Clarity is set to hide what you type into forms.
- Messages you type into the chat assistant on this site, which is run by Chatrevia, so we can answer your question and follow up if you ask us to.
- If you came from an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Perplexity, we note that source with your enquiry.
We do not sell any of this data. You can change your cookie choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare a proposal, deliver a project you have bought from us, send invoices, and improve this website. We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months and project records for as long as the law requires.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the studio: email and calendar providers, our booking tool, payment processors, our website host and analytics provider (Vercel), our chat assistant provider (Chatrevia), and, if you accept cookies, Google and Microsoft for analytics. Each processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing info@theepa.studio. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
