If you don't like the first concepts, we refund the full fee. No forms, no argument.

- The refund covers the full fee for the package.
- It applies to the first round of concepts for a package.
- Ask for it before you approve a design direction. Once a direction is approved, the project continues on the fixed price and date.
- "Don't like" is your call. You don't have to justify it.
